Bioinformatics¶

This introduction to bioinformatics will deal mainly with sequence analysis and it is aimed to the 3rd course of the degree in Biotechnology. The main course ideas are covered in these Slides.

The lessons will be mainly practical. They will have a brief theoretical introduction and several practical exercises.
